RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

HYLAN SHOOB does not accept returns, refunds or exchanges at this time. ALL sales are final.

HYLAN SHOOB does accept order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. Contact us at info@hylanshoob.com within 24 hours of placing an order to cancel the order. After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled.

SIZING

HYLAN SHOOB is not responsible for orders placed in the wrong size. Please inquire regarding sizing prior to ordering. Sizing can vary depending on cut, design and fabrication. Contact us at info@hylanshoob.com for any sizing questions.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping charges will be added to your purchase during checkout. Most items will ship within 3 business days. You will be notified via email when your order has left our studio. If an issue occurs during shipping, HYLAN SHOOB is not responsible for damaged goods or packages. HYLAN SHOOB is not responsible for delays in shipping for any reason once your order leaves our studio. HYLAN SHOOB is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an order is DELIVERED it is between the customer and postal carrier to resolve any missing packages. We will not replace lost or stolen packages.

BESPOKE

HYLAN SHOOB offers a bespoke custom service. All bespoke custom orders require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit (50% of balance) at the time of the order to start production, with the remaining balance due before the finished piece is shipped. All bespoke custom pieces are FINAL SALE. NO refunds, returns, or exchanges are given. Please contact info@hylanshoob.com to discuss bespoke pieces, options and prices.

PAYMENT

HYLAN SHOOB accepts all major credit cards and Apple Pay simultaneously with orders.

ALL Denim Jackets, Leather Jackets, Canvas Jackets, Suede Jackets, Wool Jackets, Other Jackets, Denim Coats, Puffer Coats, Rain Coats, Suede Coats, Trench Coats, Other Coats, Denim Vests, Puffer Vests, Other Vests, Suits, Tuxedos and Blazers are SPOT CLEAN ONLY.

ALL Jeans, Denim Shirts, Cotton Shirts, Tuxedo Shirts, Other Shirts, Denim Skirts, Other Skirts, Sweatshirts, Sweaters, Dresses, Jumpsuits, T-Shirts are HAND WASH ONLY and dry flat.

ALL FACE MASKS SHOULD BE MACHINE WASHED.

HYLAN SHOOB stands behind our products. ALL pieces are unique one of a kind handcrafted works of art and as such, there will be variations in craftsmanship. These characteristics are unique to the piece and are not considered defects. Pieces will wear as is preferred and intended by the artist. HYLAN SHOOB will not provide warranties for damage due to everyday wear, loss or theft.

SALES TAX

Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped within Georgia at the current local rate. Orders shipped outside of Georgia are not liable for sales tax.
